Fabulous and unique vintage 1970s 3 piece suit. Navy blue wool with classic chalk stripe. A three piece consisting of a curved hemline blazer, button up waistcoat and high waisted flares. The suit has been customised with three patches- a smiler, 'LUV' and a yellow ladybird on the waistcoat. Such a unique and super cool piece! I love the contrasting patches on the usually formal pinstripe suit.
Note: there has been some reinforcement work done on the trousers by a previous owner- this is underneath the patches and is very hard to spot. It has been done well and cannot be felt on wear. I love the classically 70s way of patch repairing- it's both sustainable and looks so very cool!
